Welcome to Car Recovery Network. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans. Paid subscription options include weekly and monthly, each with distinct features and benefits such as access to direct customer leads in the vehicle recovery and mobile tire fitting industries.

Current pricing for subscriptions is available within the App and is subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly), unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.


4. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings:

iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions

Android: Open the Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions


Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.


5. Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. As subscriptions are managed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play), we do not process refunds directly.

However, you may request a refund through:

Please refer to the applicable store's policies regarding eligibility and timing of refunds.


6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
